🐕 A 9-year-old neutered male Labrador Retriever presents with a 3–4 week history of progressive lethargy, reduced appetite, weight loss, polyuria–polydipsia, and occasional vomiting. The owner reports increased water intake over the last month. There is no known toxin exposure or recent anesthesia.
